Judiciary at the MTN Marathon

The 11th Annual MTN Kampala Marathon\r\ntook place on Sun 24th November 2014 a wet Sunday morning. The theme for this\r\nyear’s marathon was 'Run for Water'

Close to 15,000 people participated\r\nin the 10km, 21km, 42km and wheelchair events and this year Judiciary was proud\r\nto have its own staff participating in the event. The following were some of\r\nthe participants from the Judiciary:-

Proceeds\r\nfrom this year's marathon are going towards provision of clean water to\r\nKaramoja region – a northern Uganda area that is mostly semi-arid plain with\r\nharsh climate and low annual rainfall. The annual event is sponsored by MTN\r\nUganda. Other sponsors are Stanbic Bank, Huawei, Rwenzori Bottling Company and\r\nVision Group with main partners being Uganda Athletics Federation.
